Hypoluxo is a very small coastal town (i.e. on the ocean, a bay, or inlet) located in the state of Florida. With a population of 2,823 people and two associated neighborhoods, Hypoluxo is the 354th largest community in Florida.Hypoluxo is neither predominantly blue-collar nor white-collar, instead having a mixed workforce of both blue-collar and white-collar jobs. Overall, Hypoluxo is a town of professionals, managers, and service providers. There are especially a lot of people living in Hypoluxo who work in management occupations (14.53%), personal care services (10.06%), and office and administrative support (8.54%). Hypoluxo is one of the most well-educated cities in the nation. 49.15% of adults in Hypoluxo have at least a bachelor's degree. Compare that to the average community in America, which has just 21.84% with a bachelor's degree or higher. The per capita income in Hypoluxo in 2022 was $51,441, which is upper middle income relative to Florida, and wealthy relative to the rest of the US. This equates to an annual income of $205,764 for a family of four. However, Hypoluxo contains both very wealthy and poor people as well. Hypoluxo is a somewhat ethnically-diverse town. The people who call Hypoluxo home describe themselves as belonging to a variety of racial and ethnic groups.
