Mount Joy is a somewhat small borough located in the state of Pennsylvania. With a population of 8,323 people and four associated neighborhoods, Mount Joy is the 144th largest community in Pennsylvania. Mount Joy has an unusually large stock of pre-World War II architecture, making it one of the older and more historic boroughs.
