Burlington, KY Housing Market Trends

With a population of 17,318, 6,527 total housing units (homes and apartments), and a median house value of $301,046, Burlington real estate is some of the most expensive in Kentucky, although Burlington home values aren't among America's most expensive.

Single-family detached homes are the single most common housing type in Burlington, accounting for 70.34% of the town's housing units.
